Lettings Property Administrator - up to £40K
One of London’s leading independent residential property agencies with over 30 years’ experience at the luxury end of the residential market, is looking for an experienced and accomplished Lettings Administrator to fully support its small but well-established luxury Lettings department, dealing in prime residential properties across London.
This is a fully office-based role although flexible hours are available.
Reporting to the Lettings Director, you will be responsible for Lettings Administration, renewals and tenancy management, whilst also providing PA support to the Lettings Director.
The ideal Lettings Property Administrator must have 3+ years in a similar role and will ideally be ARLA qualified. Reapit experience is also advantageous!
You must have a good understanding of the entire lettings process from creating property details to tenancy agreements/renewals.
