We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Coordinator to join a leading property management company based in North-West London. This role will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational duties including managing property licensing applications, handling tenant communications and property maintenance administration.This is a fully office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and offers off street parking and generous holidays. Key Responsibilities* Apply for HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) and Selective Licenses to ensure properties meet local authority standards.* Manage property numbering and address registration with relevant authorities.* Coordinate with tenants to schedule appointments for inspections, repairs and compliance checks.* Instruct and arrange for compliance certificates, such as gas safety and electrical certificates.* Handling maintenance issues, ensuring efficient logging and follow-up.* Instruct maintenance work and liaise with contractors to chase the completion of jobs, ensuring high-quality work and timely responses.* Register utility bills for new tenants and manage billing for void properties to ensure proper account setup.* Assist the maintenance manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational duties.* Updating property records on in-house software. Skills and Qualifications* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.* Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused approach when liaising with tenants and contractors.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Previous experience in property is advantageous.Contact Fame Recruitment today for further information on this opportunity.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
