We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to work with a highly respected Estate Agent in East London. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a company where you use their experience to take on more responsibility in a highly professional and friendly environment.

You will have a busy and varied role.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to the below:

  • Looking after Residential London properties
  • Carry out the day-to-day operations of the property management side of the business.
  • Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants and landlords.
  • Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise effectively.
  • Deal with registration and compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all clients
  • Using software’s such as outlook, OneDrive, Jupix, FixFlo

You will also have worked in a similar role before and have a good understanding of what is required of a professional Property Manager.
