Property Manager - South Woodford

Our client are a well established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team in South Woodford.The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious.Responsibilities will include:Monitoring daily rents that are due and chasingHandling maintenance enquiriesDealing with safety certification(gas/electric)Organising tenancy renewalsArranging end of tenancy check outsControlling Property licence applicationsServing section 21 and section 8 noticesCourt applications for possessionAttending court for hearingsMeeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointmentsCross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.Skills for the role includes:Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Proficient IT skillsIndustry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.Strong at timekeeping and time management.Full UK Driving License required.Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6pm5 day working week.Salary: £30,000-£35,000 PACompany Benefits:Private medical insurance.Have your birthday offTeam Social Events
