A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Property Manager.
You will be managing a portfolio of around 90 properties.
You will need to be comfortable and experienced in handling sometimes demanding landlords and tenants.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors.
- Arranging works/maintenance within the property portfolio.
- Producing regular property inspections and reporting.
- Dealing with issues/complaints from landlords and tenants.
- Advising landlords of any maintenance works required.
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants regarding any maintenance work.
- Booking and chasing gas safety checks. EICRs and EPCs
- Managing end of Tenancy process and tenancy deposit returns.
- Providing support to landlords and tenants.
- Liaising with Negs. To arrange any pre tenancy or in between tenancy works
- Administering TDS Claims.
- Keeping abreast of legal changes/compliance and adapting terms of business, legal forms and tenancy agreements when required.
