- Undertake regular property inspections.
- Regular liaison with landlords & tenants.
- Management of contractors and small contract work projects.
- Maintaining the database
- Management of keys.
- Ensure rents are received on-time and chase any overdue payments.
- Service charge budgeting and preparation which can be taught to upskill
- Has previous experience of working within a full 360° Property Management position.
- Possesses common sense and a mature & responsible attitude.
- Has exceptional communication, organisational and planning skills.
- Can liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors in a sympathetic but firm manner.
- Has basic IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office.
- This is a permanent position based in the City of London.
- The hours of work are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
- This position pays a basic salary of between £28k-£34k.
- The properties are within easy reach via public transport so a full UK driving licence is not required.
