We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have previous expereince in the lettings industry as well as a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and landlords effectively.

*Duties*

- Manage tenant enquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs

- Ensure rent collection and financial records are accurate

- Perform regular property inspections

- Draw up tenancy agreements

*Qualifications*

- Proficient in administrative tasks

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Prior experience in a lettings or property management role

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Good Knowledge of the Letting process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Lettings: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Potential oppurtunity to complete ARLA qualification
