Job Description:Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of residential and/or commercial properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and landlord compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a strong understanding of property management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Property Maintenance:
- Organize and manage repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are in good condition.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary improvements or fixes.
- Work with external contractors to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Tenant & Landlord Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and disputes.
- Handle tenant move-ins, renewals, and lease terminations, including deposit returns and inspections.
- Manage tenant inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Financial Management:
- Oversee rent collection, handle arrears, and manage payment schedules.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for landlords, tracking expenses and income.
- Manage property-related budgets, ensuring costs are kept under control.

Legal Compliance:
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations, including safety standards for gas, electricity, and energy performance.
- Manage tenancy agreements and ensure they are legally compliant.
- Stay informed about changes in property laws and ensure practices adhere to legislation.

Marketing & Lettings:
- Promote and market vacant properties to secure tenants quickly.
- Conduct viewings and screen prospective tenants.
- Negotiate and finalize tenancy agreements in line with landlord expectations.
- Proven experience in property management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
