Part Time Property Manager

Our Client:

Our Client manages a portfolio of high-end properties in Dulwich and surrounding areas, offering an elevated level of service that goes beyond traditional property management. Their mission is to ensure that our properties are impeccably maintained and their clients are provided with exceptional service. They are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager, ideally with a concierge background, to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Management:The Property Manager will oversee the maintenance, and overall presentation of high-end residential properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of upkeep and service.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Identify potential issues before they arise by regularly inspecting properties, working closely with contractors, and liaising with owners. Ensure that preventative measures are taken to avoid disruptions.
  • Client Relations: Act as the Property Management point of contact for tenants and property owners, providing exceptional, tailored service. Be responsive to their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Asset Management:As Property Manager coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work with trusted contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations and that necessary certifications (such as gas safety or electrical checks) are up to date.
  • Attention to Detail: Implement an extraordinary level of attention to detail in all aspects of property management, from inspecting the cleanliness of shared spaces to ensuring high-quality finishes are maintained.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Concierge Background: Experience working in a luxury property or hospitality setting, with a focus on providing five-star customer service.
  • Proactivity:The Property Manager will demonstrate the ability to anticipate issues before they become problems and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to notice the smallest details that could impact a clients experience or the presentation of a property.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at resolving challenges quickly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to clients.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and negotiate with contractors.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with property management software and digital tools to streamline property management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management, high-end residential, or concierge roles is essential.
  • A strong track record of managing luxury properties or providing bespoke services.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and property law.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
