Pear Recruitment - Property Manager - Highgate

Salary - £30,000

Hours - 9am - 5:30pm

Our client is looking for a full time Property Manager to join their busy Highgate Village team. A minimum of 1 year’s experience is essential, if you are flexible, adaptable, work well as part of a team and you can hit the ground running this maybe just the position for you! Be fully proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel & Outlook); able to learn new computer software with ease. Be resilient, resourceful and punctual. Have excellent attention to detail with a very good telephone manner with excellent communication skills and being able to liaise with people at all levels.

A brief example of the day to day tasks are: -

  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Instructing suppliers
  • Applying for references
  • Preparing contracts
  • Contract signings
  • Issuing Section 21’s
  • Renewal tenancies
  • Arranging EPC’s, Gas Safeties & EICR’s
  • Arranging inventory check outs & Inventories
