The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management, experience in managing a large portfolio and possess strong IT skills.This is a full time role however candidates seeking part time employment will also be considered. Key responsibilities will include:* Management of a high end residential and commercial property portfolio * Property maintenance management * Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors* Organising, managing and overseeing refurbishment works* Handling property insurance details * Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears * Maintaining an updated property file* Paying purchase invoices * Use of MS Packages / PropMan software Skills Required:* 3-4 years experience in property management* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong IT skillsThis is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Property Manager seeking either a full or part time position within an established property management company.
