Main Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of properties.
- Dealing with the day-to-day maintenance issues.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Carrying out property inspections and prepare reports.
- Organising refurbishments and repairs.
- Ensuring the properties are compliant (Gas Safety Certificates, EICR’s and EPC’s)
- Organising tenancy renewals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year property management experience in AST.
- Clean driving license and own vehicle.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong and effective communication and administration skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude; able to use own initiative to solve problems.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible, honest, driven, and able to prioritise workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good IT skills
- Excellent professional telephone manner
