A pioneering and well respected Property Management company located in North London are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. With responsibility for a portfolio of circa residential 60 properties, this is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow their residential portfolio.We are seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running with proven experience in residential property management.this position will be based in the office three days a week with the other 2 days attending site visits. Working Hours Monday - Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Fridays 9am-1pm.Tasks include:-Managing a residential portfolio-Attending site visits-Property maintenance management - sourcing contractors, obtaining quotes and overseeing works-Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis-Ensuring compliance certifications and correct licensing is generated when needed-Conducting tenant move in and move out inspections-Managing tenancy renewals-Chasing rent arrearsKey skills:-3 years or more experience in residential property management-Proven experience working with tenants and landlords-Proficient use of Microsoft Office-Working knowledge of financial principlesA fabulous opportunity for a Residential Property Manager with previous experience to join a company which offers ample career prospects and progression.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
