Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
Our client based on a busy Islington high street are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience within AST management to work in their upmarket office. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. Do you have extensive knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and processes within property management? About the role:
- Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
- Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
- Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
- Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
- Co-operating with the Lettings Team
- Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation Gas Certs, EICRs etc.
- Property inspections
- Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software an advantage.
