Location: The West End, London
Company: My client, an FCA-registered multi-family office specialising in UK property investment and development, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing residential properties, particularly within the AST sector, and will ideally hold or be working towards an ARLA qualification.
The portfolio under management are both AST and vacant / holiday homes and their clients are predominantly Middle Eastern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of prime and super prime residential AST properties, ensuring all compliance and maintenance requirements are met.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve any issues and ensure high property standards.
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, property inspections, and the preparation of tenancy agreements.
- Manage repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential property management, particularly ASTs.
- ARLA qualification or working towards it is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high standards.
