Job description

Our Client is looking to recruit a standout Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience currently working for an estate agent using a CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset to support our real estate operations.

Based in our client’s St Johns Wood office, our successful candidate will benefit from a warm and friendly working environment just steps away from Regents Park and the St John’s Wood High Street.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Updating internal income reports
  • General admin to the office daily function assisting admin team
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal agreements
  • Liaising with Landlords
  • Liaising with our accounts department
  • Creating weekly reports
  • Help organise canvassing
  • Business generation activities
  • Supporting Sales team Experience in the real estate industry, is a must for the progress of this application.

Accounts duties:

  • Receipting rental funds and client monies
  • Client account reconciliation, tracking income and expenditure
  • Raising statements for landlords
  • Invoice processing and credit management
  • Registering tenant deposits with My Deposits
  • Updating internal income reports
  • Handling landlord account enquiries

Skills:

  • Experience using Alto (preferred) or similar Real Estate CRM software (Jupix, Reapit, etc)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and achieve KPI's
  • Excellent organisational skills
