We seek a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join a property asset management and private equity business and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the property portfolio.In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management, from marketing and leasing properties to overseeing maintenance and repairs. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.Key responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Market and lease vacant properties.
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare and maintain property budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Generate reports on property performance.

Key skills and experience required for the Property Manager:

  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
