This esteemed firm, exclusively collaborating with Collins Property Recruitment, is renowned for its excellence in managing prime and super-prime residential assets on behalf of Investor-Landlords.As a pivotal member of the team, the Property Manager will:
- Manage and grow their properties under management.
- Develop new clients and contacts with a focus on portfolio expansion.
- Operate within the prime and super-prime residential market, maintaining a small yet premium portfolio.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and competence to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, requiring minimal handholding and direction.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in property management.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in property management within the prime and super-prime residential sector.
- Superb networking, business development and relationship management expertise.
- A track record in growing a property management business.
- An in depth and up-to-date understanding of all lettings and management laws and legislation.
- A personable and proactive approach to client relations.
- Self-motivation and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
