Our client are a well established Independent Estate Agency who are now looking for a Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team in South Woodford.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring daily rents that are due and chasingHandling maintenance enquiries Dealing with safety certification(gas/electric)Organising tenancy renewalsArranging end of tenancy check outsControlling Property licence applications Serving section 21 and section 8 noticesCourt applications for possessionAttending court for hearingsMeeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointmentsCross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Skills for the role includes:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong at timekeeping and time management.
  • Full UK Driving License required.

Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6pm

5 day working week.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 PA
