PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Bethnal Green, E1
Salary: £32k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful, local independent Estate & Lettings Agency is looking to recruit a Residential Property Manager to help manage their substantial property portfolio.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience in Property Management, a great overall understanding of Lettings legislation, superb administrative skills and a reasonable knowledge of the local area.
You will need to be highly organised, work well under pressure, be able to multi-task effectively, be happy to ‘muck in’ with the team along with attending inspections and general administrative duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate individualwith the right attitude and work ethic who is keen to develop their lettings administration skills.

Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
