Property Manager - Stratford, London

35 hours per week - Hybrid working

Salary: £34,904 - £ 38,379 per annum plus commission plus Essential Car User Allowance

Our clients Private Rented Sector portfolio is set to expand greatly over the coming years to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital. We are seeking to recruit an ambitious Property Manager to join this fun & driven PRS team.

The ideal candidate will not only resonate with our clients values, but live them, looking for like-minded people to complement their existing teams. To be successful you’ll need to be exceptionally customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond to assist. Looking for real passion, drive and motivation and an ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. The role can be challenging, with no two days being the same and dealing with a diverse range of residents, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and keen problem solvers.

To be successful in the role you will have:

· Property management and lettings experience in the private rented sector

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a dynamic team and respond positively to challenges

· Proven track record in delivering on targets and deadlines within a demanding customer focused commercial environment

· An awareness of budgetary and financial risk in respect of the residential market place

· Experience of using MS Office Suite

The benefits we offer:

Property Managers are entitled to commission based on performance, capped at £3,500 per annum. As an essential car user (ECU) you will also receive an ECU allowance of £1,300 per annum. In addition to this, we offer the following benefits:
