We are seeking a proactive individual to manage multiple properties across London, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoys working both in and out of the office. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves frequent travel to various properties.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all residential environments are up to standard.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with management.
  • Manage all aspects of tenant interaction, from move-in to move-out, including lease management and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and other contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
  • Ensure compliance with all property regulations and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with tenants and contractors effectively.
  • Must have a valid driving licence and own a car, as the role requires travelling across London.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
