Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our client based on a busy Islington high street are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 3 to 4 year’s experience within AST management to work in their upmarket office. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. Do you have extensive knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and processes within property management? If you have previous experience working with flixflo this would be an advantage. About the role:

  • Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
  • Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment
  • Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
  • Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
  • Co-operating with the Lettings Team
  • Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
  • Property inspections
  • Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software an advantage.
