Property Manager
Location - East London

Our client is looking for a strong Property Manager who is a natural peoples person with the ability to multitask a variety of duties across the portfolio. No compliance req - they have someone for this, but you will be required to do inspections therefore driving licence is a must.

Day to day?
- Maintain daily communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors to address questions, repairs, complaints, and updates.
- Conduct property inspections, write outcome reports, and draft letters to landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate daily with the Lettings team regarding ongoing issues.
- Update specified areas of the property management database daily with all work activities.
- Ensure contractors comply with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Update the CRM daily with maintenance issues and manage progress.
- Handle general correspondence and report preparation.
- Organise quotes for repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords and oversee the completion of works.
- Notify utility companies of tenancy start and end details.
- Assist the Lettings Team with applicants, viewings, and other related tasks.
