Experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is needed to represent this established small team of Letting & Managing Agents in North West London.

My client is looking for Property Manager who can be responsible for basic quarterly Inspections of flats, reporting their condition, taking meter readings and liaising with utility personnel and contractors within a close geographical area of North West London. The Property Manager will be supporting the Lettings and management division, answering calls, dealing with property queries, helping with with maintenance enquiries, writing up reports, dealing with tenancy agreements, basic invoicing, and generally helping out in the office where needed.

The Property Manager must be a team player with a friendly flexible attitude who is very efficient and have an excellent eye for detail. Someone who is willing to help and support with a smile.
