Property ManagerDuties and Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of circa 175 residential properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractors
Develop and implement strategies that maximise financial performance to meet and exceed goals.
Chase rental arrears
Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-lets
