Property Manager

Our client, an upmarket, independent Estate Agency based in a prime London location is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team. Working alongside another Property Manager, you'll be managing a high end Property portfolio, providing exceptional customer service to all clients. Key Responsibilities: * Management of a high-end residential portfolio* Managing tenant relationships* Carrying out property inspections to ensure high standards.* Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs with contractors.* Upholding tenancy agreements and addressing disputes effectively.* Rent collection, ensuring timely payments.* Manage property finances, including income and expenses.* Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.* Keeping abreast with relevant legislation and regulations.Required Skills and Experience:* Demonstrated experience in property management, ideally within a high-end residential environment.* Excellent communication and organisational skills.* A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach.* Proficient in property management software.* ARLA qualification (desirable).If you're an experienced Residential Property Management, looking for a new challenge, apply today - don't miss out!
