Property Manager

This vital position sits within our clients central London PRS team and presents an excellent opportunity to oversee a portfolio for a key institutional investor and gain exposure to managing flats/blocks in a central London portfolio.

The Property Manager will join the Residential Management department, working alongside a team of property managers, Associate Directors and Directors and work closely with the block and asset management teams.

Property Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with tenants on tenancy matters, maintenance issues and organising timely repairs
  • Working with compliance team to keep all Health and Safety inspections up to date within the flats and blocks
  • Ensuring the timely payment of rents and collection of arrears
  • Liaise with tenants over internal / external redecoration of common parts
  • Manage minor works between tenancies and liaise with project management for larger works
  • Arranging check outs, inventories, return of deposits and complete property inspections
  • Process Insurance claims
  • Provide client reports and attend meetings
  • Periodically serve notices and attend court
  • Liaise with clients accounts team and other departments

Property Manager - Person Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience working in residential lettings property management or similar role
  • ARLA Level 3 qualified (desirable)
  • Good lettings compliance knowledge
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility.
  • Confidence in client/stakeholder interactions.
  • Desire to exceed clients' and customers' expectations.

Property Manager - Package:

  • Location: Central London (Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 home)
  • Salary: £34,000 - £37,000
  • Hours: Mon to Fri - 09:00 to 17.30
  • 12 Month FTC
