Tiger Private is seeking a hands-on property manager for a private UHNW family to oversee three properties in London and Europe.
The role requires a strong background in maintenance and property management, with candidates needing to ensure the properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities include carrying out maintenance repairs, planning building projects, managing contractors, and overseeing security.
Candidates should possess good project management skills, knowledge of technical systems, and strong communication abilities, with language skills in Spanish and French being a plus.
Salary is flexible and will depend on experience, with candidates expected to have relevant experience in property management.

Tiger Private require a hands-on property manager for a private UHNW family to manage and oversee their three properties in London and Europe. This will be a multi-faceted role that will require the candidate to have a strong background in maintenance as well as property management. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing all three properties to the highest standards; ensuring they are always kept in immaculate condition and ready for the Principals’ arrival.Duties will include

To actively play a hands-on role carrying out maintenance repairs and minor projects on all three properties
Planning and overseeing building work/projects
To prepare schedules of work, contract documentation, obtain quotations and manage work carried out by outside contractors
To supervise and support work of tradesmen and other maintenance staff
Schedule appointments with plumbers, electricians, HVAC etc
Overseeing security
Dealing with technical issues
Budget management
Good computer skills

Candidates must have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team, with good project management skills. Good knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques, along with a solid understanding of technical systems and “smart homes”. You should have strong communication and computer skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to prioritise tasks. You should be knowledgeable and have up to date knowledge of health and safety requirements.Candidates with language skills, particularly in Spanish and French will be highly favoured. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week with flexibility. You will be based at the clients office in St James, however flexibility to travel internationally will be required.Salary is flexible depending on experience. REF: LC66522Tiger is B Corp Certified.
