Property Manager

Salary: £35k - £40kLocation: Earlsfield HQSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM

Are you an experienced and proactive Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a dedicated individual with at least one year of experience in property management to join their team. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain excellent client and contractor relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct pre-tenancy and mid-tenancy visits, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Handle property maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and ensuring high-quality resolutions.
  • End-of-Tenancy Management: Oversee deposit negotiations, deductions, and disputes when necessary.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage landlord costs, monitor arrears, and work closely with the finance team.
  • Compliance & Insurance: Ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met, including managing insurance claims.
  • Utilities & Documentation: Oversee utility transfers, council updates, meter readings, and invoice approvals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Keep up to date with EPCs, EICRs, Gas Safety checks, and other property regulations.
