You?

If you're a Property Manager with strong people, communication and administrative skills, you'll take to this like a duck to water. Whilst the standards here are high, the access to industry knowledge and events is even greater.

Some of the things to expect:

  • Co-managing a portfolio with another Property Manager to deliver 5 star service
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Arranging and monitoring works, maintenance, and repairs
  • Compiling rental and contractor payments
  • Property compliance is up-to-date
  • Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
  • Handling tenancy deposit returns
  • Carry out property inspections and reporting to landlords.
  • Advising the landlord on maximising ROI on their properties
  • Overseeing complete refurbishments to ensure increased rental income

Requirements

  • Driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year in Property Management

Package

  • £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • 22 days + bank holidays
  • Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Industry events and social events
