What You'll Be Doing:?? Managing a portfolio of approximately 450 homes, ensuring blocks and estates are maintained to the highest standards.?? Providing top-tier customer service, ensuring homeowners feel heard, supported, and valued.?? Overseeing housing management, from general property oversight to building safety.?? Keeping communities safe, addressing concerns and ensuring residents feel secure in their homes.?? Supporting sales activities, including resales, staircasing, lease extensions, and assignments.?? Enforcing lease terms, tackling anti-social behavior, and ensuring compliance.?? Engaging with residents, acting on their feedback and helping them shape their neighbourhoods.?? Managing key stakeholders and contractors, including partner sales agents, ensuring smooth operations and seamless handovers of new developments.
What We're Looking For:? A dynamic and detail-oriented property professional with a customer-first approach.? Experience in leasehold and shared ownership property management.? Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leasehold law, and building safety.? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.?
