We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Liverpool Street. If you're detail-oriented, love a bit of problem-solving, and enjoy working with people, this could be your next adventure!

Key Responsibilities for the Property Manager position:

Property Management & Communication

  • Oversee a small portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and advisors.
  • Manage calls, diaries, and meetings for directors.

Maintenance & Inspections

  • Coordinate routine repairs and major projects.
  • Conduct biannual tenant inspections and report to landlords.

Tenancy & Financial Administration

  • Negotiate renewals and mediate disputes.
  • Process deposit returns, fees, CRM data, and arrears.

Compliance & General Administration

  • Ensure Health & Safety, licensing, and communal area management.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks.

Requirements for the Property Manager:

? A confident communicator who loves working with people? Thick-skinned (things move fast, and we need someone who can keep up!)? Experienced in Property Management? Great with numbers & words - accuracy is key!? Personable, engaging, and always up for a challenge
