Job Title: Property ManagerLocation: South West LondonSalary: £35,000 per annumStart Date: ASAP due to expansionWorking Hours: 9-6 Mon – Thurs, 9-5 Fri (Hybrid basis, 2 days WFH)Job Description:Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will manage a small portfolio of HMO houses, primarily located in South West London, with a few properties in North and East London. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for two days of remote work per week.The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience managing a similar portfolio (HMO experience is preferred but not essential).  In this position you will look after 15 properties, each housing 5-6 tenants. Responsibilities include conducting regular property inspections (approximately 90 houses spread throughout the year), assisting property managers based outside the UK with their inspections, and handling maintenance and property compliance tasks. Additionally, the Property Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and occasionally meet with HMO council inspectors to ensure all licensing is up to date.This role does not require driving, making it ideal for candidates who prefer public transport or cycling.
