Property Manager – South West London
  • Overseeing the rental property portfolio.
  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors, and professional advisers.
  • Arranging and managing property maintenance and repairs.
  • Conducting inspections and preparing quarterly reports.
  • Carrying out pre-tenancy checks.
  • Handling landlord and tenant complaints.
  • Advising landlords on required maintenance works.
  • Coordinating with contractors, landlords, and tenants for repairs.
  • Scheduling and following up on gas safety checks.
  • Managing tenancy deposit returns and administering DPS claims.
  • Supporting landlords and tenants with queries.
  • Collaborating with lettings negotiators.
  • Staying updated on legal changes and updating terms, agreements, and forms accordingly.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and queries as needed.
  • Responding to emails promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate database records.
  • Managing keys and processing invoices.
  • Representing the company professionally and adhering to brand standards and best practices.
  • Performing any additional duties to support the team.
Package
  • Salary: £32,000–£37,000 per annum.
  • Discretionary bonus (non-fee earners).
  • 21 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year (up to 28 days).
  • Additional discretionary holiday between Christmas and New Year.
