Salary - Up to £40,000 (DOE)

Hours- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.- Tenant Relations: Arrange day-to-day repairs, keep tenants informed of progress, and handle tenancy renewals and early terminations.- Financial Oversight: Monitor and chase any rent arrears, assess and negotiate the return of tenant security deposits.- Inspections: Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure all properties are in optimal condition.Skills and Experience Required:- Experience: Around 3-4 years of experience as a Property Manager, currently in a similar role if possible.- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Reapit software is highly advantageous.- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, landlords, and tenants.- Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.- Legislation Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of property safety requirements and current legislation.
