A fantastic opportunity has become available within a leading London estate agency for an experienced Property Manager.
Our client specialises in residential sales, lettings, investment, property management and finance and predominantly covers Paddington, Marylebone and Regents Park. They have an enviable reputation and achieve an excellent level of business due to their superbly located office in Marylebone.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience within property management as you will be managing a portfolio of high-end properties. Your primary role will be to provide support to the lettings department and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the daily operations of managed properties, ensuring they are well- maintained and comply with relevant regulations• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing landlord relationships and service contracts• Conducting regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure safety and cleanliness• Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally• Managing tenant onboarding and lease renewals, conducting move-in and move- out inspections• Resolving tenant disputes and enforcing lease terms in accordance with company policies and legal requirements• Reviewing and approving invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors and contractors• Maintaining accurate property records, including leases, maintenance logs, and financial reports• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management• Preparing regular reports on property performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Personal specification:
• Strong property management experience within a reputable London estate agency• ARLA qualifications - preferable• Strong knowledge of property management best practices, landlord-tenant laws, and financial management• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members• Highly organised, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office• Full UK driving licence.
The salary for this role will be in the region of an attractive ÂŁ38,000 dependent on your experience and qualifications.
