Our client is a boutique property management agency offering round-the-clock services to meet the unique needs of London’s high-end luxury properties.
As the Property Manager / Administrator, you will be responsible for managing their portfolio of approximately 35 properties, as well as dealing with lettings processes, therefore, it is essential that you have experience within this sector. As well as the traditional property management service, our client also offers a home management service for second homeowners. This is a small portfolio where you will be responsible for visiting these properties weekly to deal with post/utilities, maintenance, getting food in for the client if requested, etc.

Personal specification:
• Have at least 2 years’ experience within property management and/or lettings administration• Have strong administration skills• Superb organisational skills• Have superb customer service skills• Ability to work in a busy environment• Be able to multi-task and prioritise.
It is important to note that this is a 12 month maternity contract.
The salary on offer for this role will be £20,000. This is a part-time role. Our client is thinking a 3 day week, but hours don’t need to be fixed. They want someone who can be flexible and manage their own diary, spreading the hours across the week depending on the need/business of the portfolio. This is a fully remote role.
A driving licence isn’t required as you can use the tube to get to properties.
