Exciting new opportunity to join a highly successful business managing a high-profile property portfolio based in South Kensington. Working in a highly experienced Senior management team you need to possess a proven track record in property management providing an exceptional service to high end clients.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Tenant Management

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and development projects
  • Effectively manage tenant relationships
  • Conduct regular property inspections to main high standards
  • Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes

Financial & Compliance Management

  • Manage property finances
  • Prepare relevant financial reports liaising closely with the FD
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to legal requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years property management / projext management experience with proficient property management software skills, a thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You need to work with initiative, drive and autonomy. In return you will be highly rewarded.
