Exciting new opportunity to join a highly successful business managing a high-profile property portfolio based in South Kensington. Working in a highly experienced Senior management team you need to possess a proven track record in property management providing an exceptional service to high end clients.
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tenant Management
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and development projects
- Effectively manage tenant relationships
- Conduct regular property inspections to main high standards
- Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes
Financial & Compliance Management
- Manage property finances
- Prepare relevant financial reports liaising closely with the FD
- Ensure compliance and adherence to legal requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years property management / projext management experience with proficient property management software skills, a thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You need to work with initiative, drive and autonomy. In return you will be highly rewarded.
