- Overseeing the day-to-day management of rental properties
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and external advisors
- Organising and managing repairs and maintenance
- Conducting property inspections and producing detailed quarterly reports
- Managing tenancy deposit returns, including handling disputes and deductions
- Booking and following up on gas safety checks
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards
- Processing invoices, managing keys, and keeping accurate records
- Always representing the brand with a professional, solution-focused approach
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential property management
- A stable and consistent employment history, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Committed to exceptional customer service.
- A good understanding of the tenancy and property management lifecycle.
- Proactive and approachable with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
- Familiarity with FixFlo and Reapit is a bonus
- ARLA qualification is highly advantageous but not essential.
