I’m exclusively partnering with a well-established and highly respected property company with a strong presence across the City of London. Known for their exceptional standards and long-standing market reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly values professionalism and growth.What You’ll Be Doing: As a Property Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants across a diverse residential portfolio in East London. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of rental properties
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and external advisors
  • Organising and managing repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting property inspections and producing detailed quarterly reports
  • Managing tenancy deposit returns, including handling disputes and deductions
  • Booking and following up on gas safety checks
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards
  • Processing invoices, managing keys, and keeping accurate records
  • Always representing the brand with a professional, solution-focused approach
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential property management
  • A stable and consistent employment history, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Committed to exceptional customer service. 
  • A good understanding of the tenancy and property management lifecycle.
  • Proactive and approachable with a can-do attitude
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Familiarity with FixFlo and Reapit is a bonus
  • ARLA qualification is highly advantageous but not essential.
