This is a live-in position. A one bedroom flat will be provided in SW London to ensure proximity to the primary properties. A private individual is looking for a discreet, capable, and dependable Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of private, commercial and rented properties in London, and a house in Wales. This is a varied, hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of the properties, household maintenance and basic repairs, coordination of external contractors, budgets, and occasional driving. The role also involves supporting the smooth running of the homes through general administration and upkeep.

We're looking for someone confident managing a wide range of property-related tasks, who can work independently and respond calmly to the unexpected.

Core working hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability required for emergencies—any additional time worked will be given back in lieu.

Travel is required between residences and you must be comfortable with pets.
