About the role:

As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential lettings portfolio. This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive approach, strong administrative skills, and the ability to problem solve and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. You will also have the opportunity to upsell additional services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible property management experience.

Key responsibilities:

路Manage the end-to-end property management process, including maintenance coordination, compliance checks, and tenancy administration.

路Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with current regulations.

路Handle tenant inquiries professionally, maintaining excellent customer service and communication standards.

路Administer key documents and processes, including EICRs, gas safety certificates, EPCs, and tenancy agreements.

路Use our property management software for record keeping and reporting.

路Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor appointments.

路Oversee the move in and move out processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

路Handling rent collection and client account queries.

路Handling insurance claims and deposit dispute resolution paperwork.

路Issue notices and assisting the renewals team where needed.

路Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell services to landlords.

路Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in property management or a related field (lettings experience preferred).

路Strong administrative and organisational skills with an eye for detail.

路Excellent customer service and phone etiquette, with the ability to build strong relationships.

路Familiarity with property management software systems is a plus.

路Ability to upsell services and maximise opportunities for landlords and tenants.

路A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment.

路A full UK driving license and ideally access to a car.
