This boutique independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Property Manager to join its office in Chelsea where you will support the group operations director. Our client has a bespoke reputation due to their integrity, transparency and impeccable service levels.

It is essential that you have 2+ years’ experience working as a property manager for a top-end brand, where you would have been exposed to high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities will include:

• General day to day property maintenance organisation, liaising with tenants, contractors and updating landlords• Updating all computer systems relating to property management• Helping management of larger projects and refurbishment projects• Organising property inspection visits and reporting to landlords• Visiting newly managed properties and producing management blue-print for property• Ensuring certification compliance• Helping new deals with organising pre-tenancy maintenance• Tenancy renewals, negotiating renewals and producing documentation• Tenancy terminations, sending out paperwork, organising end of tenancy procedures• Dealing with inventory check outs and deposit returns• Dealing with other adhoc tenancy changes ie. changes of sharer, surrenders, annual rental increases, contractual changes.

Personal specification:

• Experience within residential property management• ARLA/NFoPP would be preferred• Educated to degree level• First-class customer service skills• Excellent administrative skills• Strong relationship management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel• FixFlo management dashboard experience would be advantageous• Strong work ethic• Proactive• Articulate.

The salary for this role will be in the region of ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ40,000. The company also offers private medical insurance after the probation period as well as other exciting benefits.
