5 day working week. Monday to Friday
Full UK licence - Pool car available
Our client with a wealth of experience and strong presence in this wonderful area of London are looking for a super organised individual to join their well-established independent estate agency. Currently rated as Islington’s number 1 independent estate agent, they are looking for an experienced property manager who can hit the ground running in a busy proactive branch you will be working with a portfolio of around 50 properties.

About the role:
- Handle enquiries to completion
- Register clients and book appointments
- Diary Management
- Market properties across online portals
- Collect documents from clients to ensure all files are compliant
- Property management
- Reviewing and arranging inventories
The ideal candidate will:
- Minimum 24 months experience in Property Management
- Have attention to detail and be organised
- Be self-motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a team
- Be a clear communicator, with strong client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills.
- Full UK driving licence (Pool Car Available)
- Willing to grow with this company
- Good work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Smartly presented
- ALRA qualified or willing to sit the exams
- Reapit and Good Lord experience advantageous
