Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage clients’ day-to-day property issues efficiently, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure work is carried out to high standards.
  • Organise site inspections and assist in setting service charge budgets.
  • Keep clients and customers well-informed about the progress at their buildings.
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Preferred: ATPI accreditation (Associate of The Property Institute).
  • Essential: Proven professional experience in property management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, the Building Safety Act, and cladding issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex properties and using block management software.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, independently, and with strong organisational skills.
