We are recruiting for an established and successful independent Estate Agency located in the heart of Hampstead. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service to their discerning clientele. They are seeking a talented and dedicated Property Manager to join the team.Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:Tenant Management:
- Efficiently manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
- Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes.
Financial Management:
- Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
- Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
- Prepare and submit relevant financial reports.
Legal and Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in property management software.
- ARLA qualification (preferred).
- A thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In return, the Property Manager will receive an annual salary of up to £50,000, dependent on experience.
