Someone with sound knowledge of all Block/Property Management processes and procedures, including issuing section 20 notices
Up to date with all the changes around fire safety in blocks
Must have a good knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
A reliable person with a can do and helpful nature
Excellent English writing skills
A calm and professional demeanor
Must have experience of managing a portfolio of Blocks and be confident in your abilities and knowledge.
Must drive with your own car - all blocks are based local to the office

Block Property Manager salary £35,000 p.a. to £45,000 p.a. Hours are full-time
