Property Manager - Deptford

Looking after a Portfolio of around 90 Properties. Typical duties will include:

  • Check ins and check out inventory reporting.
  • Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers
  • Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
  • Carrying out property inspections and meter readings
  • Assist with small maintenance tasks.
  • HMO Fire alarm tests and updates
  • Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts

Skills Required:

  • At least one year experience in a similar role
  • Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Accounts and Bookkeeping experience desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Full clean driving licence
