We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our property management department.Key Responsibilities As a Residential Property Manager, you will:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant regulations and ensure that all properties meet compliance requirements.
  • Tenant Management: Foster strong relationships with tenants, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance, and regular inspections to maintain property standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Support budgeting and expense management, including monitoring rental income, coordinating billing, and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential challenges efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tenants and property owners alike.

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential property management, including handling multiple properties. Ideally 4+ years in the industry.
