Experienced Property Manager - Earlsfield - Ā£27k- Ā£35k Plus bonus - Excellent Progression
Our client is a property leader and they are now looing for an experienced property manager to join their team in Earlsfield. The Property Management team are critical in providing a smooth journey for landlords and tenants, managing their own property portfolio and handling property management queries throughout the duration of a tenancy in an efficient and timely manner, keeping all parties always fully informed.
Responsibilities of the role include:
In this role, you will be responsible for the direct management of an assigned property portfolio and will need to keep up-to-date and follow the ever-changing legislation and processes.In addition to the above you will be required to carry out the following:ā¢ Managing and responding to landlord and tenant property queries and issuesā¢ Proactive communication with both the landlord and tenant and compiling relevant reportsā¢ Obtaining competitive quotations and instructing contractorsā¢ Organising inventory, check-in and check-out appointments and distribute reportsā¢ Keeping property records up to dateā¢ Invoice processing in a timely mannerā¢ Setting up and closing down utilitiesā¢ Organise timely safety checks and any required remedial works to completionā¢ Distribution of safety records to all relevant partiesā¢ End of tenancy report evaluation, damage proposals to the landlord and management of the deposit distributionā¢ Booking and monitoring work
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary: Ā£27k-Ā£35k
